If you are looking for a gym with no nonsense workouts this is the place for you. They do not mess around here. This is serious weight lifting. Most of the guys who go here are serious and they do competitions all over the world. They also do bodyguarding and things like that. Just go in and take a look around to see all the stuff they have. Between awards and pictures it is a great place to lift.
