Just opened! Glad to have Trader Joe's open up in Redmond as traveling down to Bel-red one to fight the traffic wasn't worth it. The new store is spacious, clean and located in the plaza along with QFC, Ben Franklin, Qdoba, Jamba Juice. Feels like a bit less selections, but not sure.

Great atmosphere, lots of tables on the tatami floor, where you are required to remove your shoes. True authentic izakaya style. But no worries, you don't have to kneel, the floors have holes for you to sit like western style. They also have regular tables. Make sure you make your reservations if you want to dine on Friday or weekends. We picked various dishes, as well as the fish of the day - black cod with soy-sake! Clay pot rice with Eel is delicious. I ordered a Lychee-shochu drink, was flavorful but didn't taste the shochu part, guess it wasn't strong enough. Lots of locals love this store, so if you want to hit one of the local spots, give this a try.

Miyabi-Tei is located inside of Mitsuwa supermarket, beside another store that has long lineups for noodles. Miyabi is priced very reasonably ~ around $8 average for a lunch special/set. A set typically comes with rice, salad, soup and depending on what you get. Try their Oyakodon + Udon set, or Ramen + Curry rice set. I love how they've combined those because it's always a tough choice when I have to pick between going rice or noodle.

What a neat place. They are located in the lower floor of a church building. Got the great old style atmosphere, lots of space, lots of tables and great hang outs during the day for work, study, or chats amongst moms. The particular aspect that intrigued me was their policy on not setting the price for items, but let people decide what they want to pay based on their ability. This is the first time I've came across this. Friendly service. Good selections of drinks and pastries. It's a local gem!

Located right by the Redmond Transit P&R, got great big offices, executive offices, meeting rooms and ammenities. Top notch set up and the building is uphold to high enviornment friendly standards. The parking even have a electric plug for all eletric cars. I would've never thought Redmond would have such building. If you are looking for executive offices, give these guys a call.
