I've had two experiences with this company. One good and one bad. This first experience was in 1993 when I bought my first diningroom table from them. I still own the table and have been very happy with it. In 2003 I purchased a couch from them and special ordered a chair. I received the couch first. The cushions were simply stuffed with filler. The filler kept coming up through the cushions leaving white balls. By the time the chair came in the couch was looking bad. They finally agreed to come out and look at it. They were not happy about it, but they did end up refunding our money. I probably will not buy from them again.
