I have always gotten pretty good massages from this place, they have good specials and deals to, like when you go for your first massage you get as many as you want for 30 days and each is 40% off, so that's a good deal. I got a prenatal massage from here and it felt wonderful, although they didn't have the table with the belly cut out, then it would've gotten a 5 star!

I went to this salon to fix a BAAAAD cut and they did an ok job, but for the bucks I paid I wanted a job that was so amazing I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. the colorist didn't do what I asked, although she did some nice highlights, and the stylist had just gotten back from the cleaners who apparently ruined a fur jacket she had dropped off, so to her credit she was a little distracted...but still, that's big bucks!

I had the best haircut from Nicola at this salon, I haven't been back in a while because it is kind of far for me to drive, but I am in desperate need of a good cut and am planning on doing the drive a couple more times. she's one of those stylists who can give you a cut that will last 3 months. and there is a cute park right across the street so if you want to have someone drive in with you it's a cool place for them to hang out

we took a weekend intensive class from this school and I felt they were great gifted instructors who were patient with us and let us totally learn and explore. I really enjoyed the class and ended up loving rock climbing and I attribute a lot of that to the security I felt from the people teaching me what I was doing. they had been climbing many years and had a great way of conveying their knowledge to us lowly learners.

I loved the space and the fact that the instructors totally pushed you. it is a bit crowded and people are a little shi-shi but you get over it. the space is totally filled wall to wall by the time the class starts. go to sweat and feel great when you're done! but bring your own mat, you don't want to hang out on other people's stink.
