when we moved up north from the big city I thought I would have to give up doing all types of internal exercises but I was totally suprised to find this Tai Chi center up in the middle of nowhere, and I was even more suprised to find how reasonable it was to take lessons here. the people were great and very welcoming and the energy of the place was amazing
