I have been with Dr. Zimmerman for over 3 years. He delivered my first child.
My experience with Dr. Zimmerman and his office has been wonderful. During my first visit, I fainted because I was tired and hungry after a long day at work, and Dr. Zimmerman and one of the nurses stayed a long time past the closing time and waited for my husband to show up and for me to recover. They offered me some food and water, and let me lay down in one of the exam rooms. Dr. Zimmerman called me afterwards to make sure I was OK. And I was not charged for this extra waiting time, or for the extra follow up phone calls. I appreciated it.
Dr. Zimmerman provided the pre-natal care for me throughout my pregnancy. I received helpful information during each visit. The nurses were very friendly, they asked all the right questions and were available to really listen to what I was saying. When I was in labor, Dr. Zimmerman kept in touch with the labor and delivery team all night, and came right away at 6 AM when I needed the epidural. He was checking with me every hour, even when he had another complicated delivery on his hands. I felt life he was always there. As a result, my whole pregnancy, labor and delivery were a good experience.
During each and every annual exam, I received a lot of helpful advice, and I always got a follow up call from the doctor with the results. Dr. Zimmerman never made me feel rushed.
The office staff is very professional. All insurance billing was done on time and without any errors. Dr. Zimmerman's fees are reasonable.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. I continue to be a patient of this office.
