This place is a block from my house. I would love to buy flowers there IF their service was at least moderately poor. I have been in 3 different times to buy flowers and each time have walked out without flowers. The staff thinks the idea of making something up on the spot is laughable. The last time I went in I think they were offended by the request. In their defense they did not point and laugh at me while I was inside the shop.
If you need to pick up flowers go to The Flower Lady on Eastlake they are great. I am slightly florally challenged and have found a helpful individual their on many occasions.
They get two stars because they probably do really good work and the flowers that aren't made up look really good.
My rating for writing a review without spite - 2 of 5 stars.
I would love to hear if someone has more info.
