If you want fried chicken, then you really shouldn't even consider anywhere except Ezell's. It is cheap, and it is the best. I believe that about covers it.

I've been to many Mexican restaurants, and Ooba's is one of the tastiest. I highly recommend the steak burritos.

Swillys is certainly the nicest place to eat in Pullman. While I don't personally enjoy eating there for dinner, I highly recommend their lunch menu. It is very reasonably priced, and the food is excellent. As excellent as can be found in Pullman anyway.
