After years of searching for the most wonderful place on Earth I finally found it at a gas station on the corner of 148th and 24th in Bellevue. I never expected to find Nirvana at a taco wagon parked at a 76 station, but alas that is where it found me. To say that Taqueria Guadalajara offers tasty Mexican food for an excellent price doesn't do justice to the finest establishment I've encountered in a quarter of a century.
