The second floor has an open kitchen for tapas and a low-lit bar with a balcony overlooking Pegasus Plaza. The third story is an open-air patio with a full menu and space for mingling. Service is casual, but attentive. The menu aims for the same level of hip sophistication as the interior design, with most items featuring some twist on a classic. Spicy jalapeno calamari is served alone or as part of the cactus platter with flautas, quesadillas, spinach-artichoke dip and warm, thick tostadas. Combination fajitas come with side dishes like thick guacamole and bold charro beans. Lower on the spice scale, Santa Fe skewers offer mild chunks of sirloin, Gulf shrimp and fire-grilled vegetables served over Mexican rice.
