Wouldn't see me till 19 weeks!

I'm a 40 year old woman who is pregnant. I call the office to make an appointment with Dr. Baylor and was told she doesn't see patients till they're 19 weeks along. I explained I'm 40 and would like certain testing done which would typically be done long before 19 weeks, and if I can't be seen before 19 weeks I'd have to find another doctor. The gal on the phone said, "Well, okay.. good luck." How's that for good customer service??
