She's right. He's a dick. Told me he wouldn't take my passport photos with me smiling. I laughed and he very rudely told me he was serious. International rules. Anyway it's crap. This is my 3rd passport and all the regulations are available on the website at http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html. I left and went to Bartell's. It was less expensive, took 5 minutes and I don't look like an escaped felon.
