This is a great place to go although a little pricey. The atmosphere is terrific. The food is gourmet at it's best! This is located at the Big Moose Inn which has been owned by the same family forever! It is named after the matriach of the family. She had high standards that her children have continued with and excelled at. With dishes like clam and corn chowder, Maine crab cakes with roasted garlic mayonnaise, sesame soy glazed roasted chicken with warm orange fennel salad, rib eye with roasted crispy onions her red bliss potatoes topped with spicy sags blue cheese , silky chocolate espresso creme with a petit peanut butter cookie or sweet ricotta cheesecake with fresh berry sauce you just can't go wrong!
