I went to BJ and Company for a cut and highlight for my long, previously undamaged hair. The woman who did my hair burned it with the bleach, so badly that all the hair that the bleach touched broke off at the scalp. There was a pile of hair behind me on the floor that would have filled a trash bag after she was finished combing my hair. I was very upset, and the stylist told me that my hair was falling out and she didn't know why. It wasn't until I got home and looked at my head under a bright light that I could see the broken hairs sticking out all over my head. When I called to tell the manager what happened, she gave me a lackluster apology and refunded the money for the highlight, but made me pay for the haircut!
I will NEVER return to this horrible "salon" and I've been telling everyone who will listen my story so that nobody else has half the hairs on their head broken off at the scalp!!
