For those of you who love art, The Seattle Art Museum is a popular place in downtown Seattle. On the outside of the building you will see a huge moving sculpture of a working man, and its pretty amusing. They have some pretty cool exhibits there, I remember going to the Van Gogh one which had some of his cool pieces. The only thing that I will warn you about is that if you've been to some other big museums for example ones in New York, France, or Italy, you cannot compare this one at all. This museum doesn't have that many exhibits and sometimes will not be worth the money. Just go check it out and see if its worth it for you for next time.

Gasworks Park is a very old park with an old history. It is located right there on Lake Union giving it a wonderful view. Its a very hilly park, has a huge hill that you can get on top of and fly kites or just enjoy the view of the lake, the Space Needle, and the boats. This park is very popular, especially on the 4th of July. It is packed with people ready to watch the fireworks. They hold many festivals here at this park. This park also has lots of trails for walking and a play area with a play barn. Its one of the oldest parks in Seattle.

Besides the little ice rink that they put out in Seattle Center during the winter time, this ice rink is open pretty much all year round. Its a fun activity to go to with your friends for over the weekend. They keep this place well cleaned, they also clean the ice rink itself every couple hours so the ice isn's all scratched up. Come enjoy the fun in ice skating, and meet some new people while youre at it!

Not only that, but if you play at their poker table, they will give you a free comp (any free entree off their menu) and their food is really good too. In the mornings if you play their tournament, they give you free breakfast. Its just a fun place to go to. They also have certain events on certain days for example Splash Pot Tuesday where everyone has a chance to win an extra $100 on top of whats already in the pot.
