I really, really wish I'd gone with Ballard Heating or Greenwood Heating--and I don't even have the new furnace yet!
It was the old bait and switch. WES said they could install our new gas furnace in two weeks. We handed over our deposit. Then our sales guy stopped returning our calls for two weeks. When we finally reached him, he said they'd be able to install it in another month! So now we've been without heat for a month and a half :(. And since we already gave them our deposit we can't get out of the deal (well, without losing a lot of money). And they won't even give us a discount or anything for having lied to us!!
I would not recommend using this company for a new furnace.
