Great Food Poor Service Getting Reservations Made

This is a great restaurant for their food. I am disappointed in the Customer Service I received while trying to make reservations. I called, they wanted for me to call back. When I finally got to make my reservations, it seemed that the restaurant was not very accommodating and the reservation taker not very friendly. Great if you just want to drop in, not so great if you plan on making a reservation.
