I was disappointed by our service here. We had reservations for lunch here for a group of co-workers. One co-worker and I showed up before the rest of our group. There were about 9 or 10 of us. They had used our reservation for another group of people entirely. Don't they check names down there? And my co-worker and I were told that they didn't have room for us, turned their backs and walked away.
Now I understand how hectic the lunch rush can be on a Friday, but not to even work with us is unforgivable.
I live in Sunnyvale, and had always wanted to try this restaurant, but now I will *never* go back because they were so rude.
Later the rest of my group showed up, and only then did they try to accommodate my team. But by that time, my friend and I had left and eaten at the Indian restaurant around the corner on Murphy. And it was really good.
