The Avon Petco is one of the better I have been to. The store is always clean. The animals all have proper temps, humidity, food, water etc. The staff are very helpful and always williing to answer questions. They are also excellent with handling returns should you have a problem with somethin. I have never seen any sickly animals as I have at other stores. They also have a great Grooming dept.

I go to this Petco every 2 weeks and have been for a couple of years. I have Hermit Crabs and am well versed in the care of them. I stop there to see what they have and the humidity level and heat...
I go to this Petco every 2 weeks and have been for a couple of years. I have Hermit Crabs and am well versed in the care of them. I stop there to see what they have and the humidity level and heat is too low. I brought it to the Mgrs. attention. 2 weeks later heat is up and humidity level is still way down. In a nutshell I have been fighting this battle for over 2 years. The corperate office agrees the humidity needs to be higher and told the manager what to do. He has yet to do it to this day. Now I just don't go in.

Bowies is an old pet shop in a newer location. It still isn't clean (ever) and for the most part the animals do not appear healthy. I have never bought any animal other that feeder mice for my snake. Some of the products on the shelves are so dusty you wonder how many years has it been there. Always check the date on animal food products as many are outdated. Hey it's a great place to buy a heat lamp for your lizard.......

This Noha's Pets like it's sister store in Bridgewater is also small. It is however clean and the animals all appear healthy , clean caged, and happy. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful....

They will order something if you need it and can't find it. If you are looking for a particular pet and they don't have it, they will help you find one or call you when one comes in.

Park Avenue knows all about Birds, they hand feed them and you can put one on layaw. It's great then you know your bird well as you can come and visit it whenever you want. They also sell puppies...

They also sell puppies now. That's the downside, they don't seem to know that much about them and the prices are outrageous. I think paying 1200.00 for a dog that is registered APRI is absurd. You don't even know where the dog came from and any dog can be registered with that registry....even a mutt. So see a reputable breeder for your dogs.

Noah's Pets is a very nice place to shop. The place is small but they have quite a large variety. The animals all appear happy , clean and well cared for. The staff is always there to help in anyway. They are quite knowledgeable in many areas. If you are looking for something that they don't carry they will order it for you. If you are looking for a specific pet they will call you when they get it or find out where you can get it.

Dr. Seiler is an excellent Doctor. He is very patient and non hurried with special needs people. Though he hates the paperwork that often accompanies them, he deals with it. He is always willing to help in anyway. He just a few months ago helped my friend get her meds free while she was out of work. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I have been to Lucky Star Gas since they opened a few years ago. The staff was alway kind and helpful. Lately that isn't so. I went to get my sticker in May and the mechanic put my window down...
I have been to Lucky Star Gas since they opened a few years ago. The staff was alway kind and helpful. Lately that isn't so. I went to get my sticker in May and the mechanic put my window down (electric) and then it wouldn't go up. As luck would have it, as I was getting in the car the skies opened up. I was getting soaked. I ran back to the garage and explaine my problem. I was told "The way I see it you need to either get a plastic bag or spend some dough". I haven't been back since.

My family has been doing business with Joe's Service Station for over 15 yrs. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Every time we bring in a car to be fixed, not only does it take 3 times longer...
My family has been doing business with Joe's Service Station for over 15 yrs. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Every time we bring in a car to be fixed, not only does it take 3 times longer than anywhere else...it costs 2 times more to pay for it. The best part of the deal is ...Joe usually breaks something else when he makes repairs. It's quite business he's got there. We don't go anymore.

Barnes & Noble is a great place to browse, they have books on everything imaginable. The staff are always around and willing to help you locate something if you need them. They also will give recomendations if you ask. The store is always clean and you can get some really great sale and clearence bargains. Also a great place for gift certificates for those you don't know what to get.
