Terrible Customer Service

On Friday November 23rd at about 6:45pm, My wife and I came in with a group of 5. At the time the lady at the front desk took our names and told us there was a group of 6 ahead of us. The Group of 6 was seated and about 40 minutes later a couple walked in and was seated ahead of us at a table of 6. Going up and asking the lady at the counter stated that they had a reservation. This was never informed to us in the beginning as we may have decided to go elsewhere, but instead we waited almost an hour to just leave the Restaurant.
