Terrible Customer Service

On Friday November 23rd at about 6:45pm, My wife and I came in with a group of 5. At the time the lady at the front desk took our names and told us there was a group of 6 ahead of us. The Group of 6 was seated and about 40 minutes later a couple walked in and was seated ahead of us at a table of 6. Going up and asking the lady at the counter stated that they had a reservation. This was never informed to us in the beginning as we may have decided to go elsewhere, but instead we waited almost an hour to just leave the Restaurant. Terrible Customer Service
