I had all my repairs done at Paul's while I was living in Eugene. They were great about getting me small parts that I'd either lost or mangled, trued my spokes for cheap, were friendly and never pushy. The Alder St location doesn't have a huge stock of new bikes but has a busy shop, the new 11th St location is perfect for repairs while you're on the Fern Ridge trail, and the 5th St location has a much bigger stock of everything.
