“not always the best service”

This review is for: Talbots Toyland

Bought my daughter a rocking chair. Got home with no instructions for setting it up and then noticed a crack. Took back to store and got blamed for the crack while putting it together after a lot of hassle got a new one. ANd then the second one also had a crack. Not their fault but could have been a bit more helpful. Did finally get anew chair after 4 trips to the story.
