Oscar's is called a classic diner for a reason. For many years, Oscar's Steak House was one of the main places to eat in Jefferson City. When it closed, it was greatly missed. When the new Oscar's opened recently, they didn't have to do a lot of advertising... just serve a decent steak and burger. That they do, and the business took off like a kite on a windy day.
