Dr Stanley Horner DO is a great doctor who understands that in mid missouri where the seasons are quite pronounced, the seasonal allergies take their toll. From sneezing when the weather is dry to sinus clogs when the weather is wet and causes mold, Dr. Horner is one of the best at figuring out what it is that causes all those problems. Or is it a skin allergy? He's great on that problem too.
