Schaumburg Township District Library is one of my favorite hang outs. I always find all the books, even the hard-to-find ones at this library. They have a wonderful CD selection as well. The drive-up and on-line services make everything so convenient and quick. They even have a self check-out kiosk. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out.

Ravinia is such a great place. It's nice to a have a place like this in the suburbs for those that don't like to travel to the city for entertainment. The atmosphere is pretty. You can bring a blanket and some food and just relax and enjoy music with your friends. The live music varies from classical to jazz and latin. They have some very well-known singers that come out each year too!

They offer dance classes and movie nights. The commute is a bit far but it's worth it. The swing dance classes are free and offered on Friday nights.

This is an awesome store that carries hard to find and unique brands. I always find the coolest t-shirts here. You won't be able to find these item in regular shopping malls. They carry some independent name brands as well. Parking can be a hassle at times but it's a great if you are looking for out of the ordinary clothing

If you want to get something engraved, I suggest that you bring in your own item and have it engraved. You do not have to buy their products.

I usually pop in to see if I could find a few things to buy but I usually end up finding some old records which are in pretty good condition. I don't recommend going here to find clothes or shoes though. I do encourage that you drop of items for a good cause.
