This is a new yoga studio in Buffalo Grove. This past weekend there was a guest yoga instructor who was a former instructor to Oprah Winfrey and they were offering free classes that were open to all the public. Different classes and levels are offered. Keep your eyes open for free classes if you simply want to experience a class before signing up for them.
