My husband is a heavy equipment mechanic, so we don't often need car repair for ourselves. However, he often out sources certain repairs from his employer. He certainly cannot say enough positive things about the Krejci's. He uses their services quite frequently. The business is owned and run by a family and has been for years. With all the news we see and hear about dishonest auto mechanics, it's nice to find some honest folks. I would give them a call if you need services.

I went to this station today for gas and a car wash. The equipment seems old and beat up. I purchased my gas and the receipt didn't print. The receipt contains the code for the car wash. I had both of my small children with me and had not intended to get out of the car. I ended up having to go inside as no one responded to me pressing the help button. I went in and explained they must be out of paper. They printed me a slip, but never apologized or anything. He just printed it and gave it over. While this isn't BAD service, it wasn't very good either. If you want any type of quality service, so across the street to the new Shell station.

I had the recent misfortune of having my washing machine breaking. I decided to purchase a new appliance instead of trying to get my old relic fixed. At the advice of my sister-in-law, I went to Spencer's as they will beat the competitor's price. Although the selection is not the largest, they have ample stock from which to choose. They are very helpful and offer several same as cash financing plans on approved credit.
My transaction was simple and painless and my new washer was delivered and installed the next day. The gentleman who made the delivery was polite and professional. I am very pleased with my entire experience.

My husband was replacing the shut off valve for the toilet when he realized some of our old plumbing was stuck together and he couldn't get it apart. His fear was something would break if he got too rough with it, so we looked in the phone book and called a plumber. They came out within a few hours (on a Sunday) and the service call was inexpensive. The gentleman who came out was very pleasant and had a special tool that took care of the problem. He even asked if we needed anything else. The charge was very reasonable and I was quite impressed.

We purchased out Jeep from Bill Luke and were happy with the price paid and the vehicle itself. However, the service department does not always deliver quality repairs or diagnostics. For example, I had my tensioner replaced and shortly after, I heard a belt-squealing sound. I called and my normal advisor wasn't there. I went down and the advisor looked at it and said it was "adjusting itself." Well, the noise continued. I went back again and my advisor told me they would probably not be able to find the problem since it was sporadic, but I could wait and someone would look at it. Over an hour later, I called the service manager from the lobby and demanded someone look at my car since I had been there 3 times for this repair and it still wasn't right. He had someone look at the car and fix the tensioner as it hadn't been properly adjusted. I wasted a lot of time and gas on their error.
We also had trouble with our engine light coming on. The service department told us we didn't tighten the gas cap enough. Well, we religiously began keeping track. It was OK for a short time and started with the light again. We went elsewhere (after the warranty was expired) and bought a new gas cap as it turned out a faulty gas cap was to blame. This problem originally occurred when the car was less than a year old.
The final example I would like to share is about oil changes. I called in advance to schedule a time and asked how quickly we could be done as I would have my 2 year old with me who would get bored. I had to do this myself as my husband was in Iraq at the time. She said an hour. I ended up having my dad take the car in as my husband was medically evacuated from Iraq the day before and I was waiting for a phone call. When he got there, they said it would be THREE hours. I am really glad I didn't take my son on there. I was not happy as I had been proactive and called to make sure we would be out quickly.
I will say the body shop at Bill Luke is excellent with great customer service. At the service department, expect hassles (there are many more I haven't detailed here) and to be treated like a number.

When I shopped at Savers, I was not very enthralled. I expected a little disorganization, but the store was dirty and messy. The merchandise is mainly used and often not just gently used. I figured I would get better bargains at a rummage sale or a yard sale. The store is not all bad and I am sure there are some great buys to be found. This store was just not for me. Maybe it was a bad day at the store but I haven't been motivated to go back.

I have been a long time customer of this huge furniture store in the past and am never disappointed. They have a great selection, reasonable prices and quality service. After trying a larger furniture store and being hugely dissatisfied, I will do my future shopping at Pruitt's.
Pruitt's also has a carpet store on site. I have been very happy with the carpet we purchased at Pruitt's as well.

There are only a few choices for speech and occupational therapy in the west valley. My son goes to Fiesta Pedictric Therapy and we love it. It is a small office, so you really feel at home there. Each child received individual attention without distraction. My son has come a long way in the last 9 months. I give a lot of credit to the therapists at Fiesta for this.

This used to be my favorite place to eat. We went to Monti's frequently, especially before SunDevil games. We no longer patronize Monti's because the quality of the food went downhill and they raised the prices substantially. While I can understand increases from time to time, this was unreal. Also, they started changing the menu and trying to be "fancy." Well, Monti's was great because it is so unique and homey at the same time. Aside from the historical building, it is now nothing special.
I really wish they would change things back.
