We were looking for a real estate agent in San Diego. We read the positive review of Tim Hines in Judy's book and decided to call him. It is true that we found him to be easy going and honest and NOT pushy. Turns out Mr. Hines is now with Prudential Realty in La Jolla, but was still able to find a great home for us in another area of San Diego, and we couldnt be more happy. He negotiated a good price and was a great communicator, even though this was not our first home purchase, he expained the whole process and walked us through. Definately recommend him as an agent and will send an referrals to him in the future.
