Serrana gives the best massages I've ever received, and I've grown up with massage as a part of my life. So that says a lot.
She is smart and systematic about getting rid of aches and knots and soreness, and so honest that she gives you preventative tips on how to keep from recreating the same problems while you work, drive etc. She listens well and asks good questions when you describe what's wrong, and really understands how tensions in different areas contribute to each other. I came in one day so sore that I felt like i couldn't stand straight - she even noticed that my shoulders were sitting unevenly. When the session was over, it was as if my posture just held itself up properly on its own.
I'd recommend this especially for anyone who works long hours at a computer, or anyone that's had an injury, as she can do injury rehabilitation too. And it is affordable - there are discounts for students and senior citizens, and a sliding scale system if you're broke.
Massages are by appointment only (easiest to just call), and right now she's there mondays, wednesdays, and fridays.
