I have everything I could possibly need to get into shape at this gym. The most important thing is that as you walk in, it always smells clean (not sweaty like other gyms) and it's well lit. Its lobby looks more like a hotel lobby than anything else (it's that clean and spacious). Off to the lobby there's a little "sitting area" with a TV and chairs, etc...where you can relax from the treadmills or whatever and grab a snack. I love the basketball rooms they have here (yes, ROOMS with basketball hoops). I've managed to sneak a soccer ball in there (it's a good area to practice penalty kicks :)...anyways, they also have nice martial arts programs, a GREAT weight room (girls, you'll love this. Spend 30 minutes here, and you'll notice more shapely calves, thighs, tummy, and most importantly, butt :). Try the RAC if you need a new gym. It's adult, senior, and
