We are complete idiots when it comes to computers, routers, networks, ISPs, ABCs, 123s, you get the idea, at my house. We have three computers and high speed internet and when we didn't know why we couldn't connect to the internet we freaked out. And then called PC Fix. The guy on the phone was so helpful, and kindly understanding how inept I was at the situation, and helped me to troubleshoot before setting me up with an appointment. Jay came to the house (the next day!) and with a couple of clicks, a new router, some helpful tips and tricks, we were all set up and ready to go (and much safer to boot)! They charge $50 bucks to show up at your door and then $1 a minute there-after. He charged us for 45 minutes, but he was definitely there much longer, and gave us his card so we could call him directly if anything happened after he left, and made sure we were happy!

Yes, it can be crowded, but it is definitely worth the wait. The happy hour menu cannot be beat and the food is tasty. Sit at the bar whenever you can help it--it is a perfect stop after walking around the lake or after work or a lazy Sunday or while watching the game on the tv in the back corner...perfect at any time. GLB&G is a favorite stop and an easy choice on those nights/afternoons/mornings when you think, "where should we go?" when all you want is a strong drink and some good food served by some very nice and unpretentious people =)

I started going to Celsius after a co-worker recommended the salon and have since referred three of my friends to the salon and my favorite stylist, Dusty. The salon is small and comfortable with an extremely friendly and warm staff. If you are looking for a stylist who will take the time to listen to you and create the best hairstyle that fits you this is the place to go. I highly recommend Celsius and their professional stylists. Plus parking is a breeze across the street!

I love the folks who work at this Ladro. They are always so happy, have great music on the stereo and seem to remember everyone's morning drink. And the bonus is that the coffee is delicous...full flavored, but not bitter. The perfect blend it seems. This is the best way to wake up in the morning and it gets your mood going in the right direction after interacting with the smiling and cheerful baristas!

What can you say about an independent and locally owned record store that keeps its prices low and has a frequent buyers card? Buy 15 CDs (new or used) and get one free! What's not to love? And the staff is super friendly and so very unpretentious...no judging here. And to top it off they have very frequent and free in-store performances. So cool. Small stage in the back of the store and a group of smiling, happy people in front. You can easily lose a few hours of your life in here...wandering the aisles and talking to the staff. Enjoy.

Tup Tim Thai is a friendly little Thai restaurant in Queen Anne. The food is delicious and well prepared. The service can be a bit forgetful and slow, but if you want a leisurely meal and don't mind reminding your server you ordered a drink or need a refill on your water than this is the place.
I've ordered take-out after work and it's been prepared very quickly and was just as delicious if I had eaten it in the restaurant. They have a very economical lunch menu which comes with a great homemade cup of soup.
