Rosebud

When I lived on Capitol Hill, the Rosebud was one of my favorite places for drinks. They make good martinis (with the good stuff - Chopin, etc.) and have really cheap strong drinks at night. The place is small and the couches are gross (they don't seem to ever clean them) but they put some tables in the little courtyard out back that are nice. I hear their food is okay but overpriced, but I've never eaten there.
