#1 All people must be present before they will seat your group.
#2 You can wait for your group on the patio.
#3 You can order drinks and chips at the counter.
#4 You must pay for chips even if you're waiting for a table.
#5 If you are pregnant and starving you can order a take out appetizer instead.
#6 You must order and pay inside but then wait outside at the take out window.
#6 You cannot eat this appetizer on the patio.
#7 Three employees must be aggressively rude in telling you this after.
#8 The staff cannot make any exceptions to any of the above rules even if you are part of a group spending well over $300 on dinner and drinks.
I am assuming due to its popularity the staff considers themselves exempt from the concept of customer service.
