This is the best place especially on a holiday when not only do they have horse racing but they also have activities for the kids. The firework show at 4th of July was outstanding where you bring your chair and a blanket for the kids and relax in the grassy open area. Even if you don't bet on the horses it still an exciting day for the kids.
