I had been to the kitchen once before and was unimpressed. One of my staff had heard great things about the kitchen, so I agreed to try it one more time. I treated 5 members of my staff to lunch at the kitchen. Two ordered the crab salad. One of them had a few bites and put it aside, the other ate it all and within hours was deathly ill with food poisoning. The other who had only sampled hers ended up with terrible cramps. I can't believe a "premier" restaurant would serve food that could be unsafe. "Oh, it's probably okay for one more day" is not acceptable. Lousy service too.
