They offer lots of classes for different things like aerobics, yoga, etc. Unique classes include 1) Pathways 4 week stress management, 2) Point Of Balance 12 week weight loss program, 3) Shapedown 6 week childrens weight control program, 4) Ballroom Dance class, 5) Aquatic classes designed for seniors, parkinsons, artritis, and paratrooper for those with more physical endurance. Health Zone has personal trainers available if you would like one. Convenient hours are 5am to 9 pm, shorter hours on weekends. The Health Zone is the most health professional fitness club in Tulsa. The equipment in the workout gym is unrivaled.

Tulsa Skin Care Clinic has the best prices for Laser Hair Removal, and a brand new Gentelase machine that is the best for getting rid of the hair permanently. The Gentlelase is not painful like those IPL light machines. The first time you have a treatment, you flench here and there, but it's not that bad. On the second and third treatment, it is even better. I didn't think anything of the zapping on my legs, but could have used a twig to bite for the bikini line. That is a more sensitive area. It is over quick enough and well worth it. I suppose a person could take an Aleve before they go.

Skin Care Institute is the best medical spa in Tulsa. It is a classy, upscale, professional medical day spa. Medical spa treatments actually do some good, as opposed to the inferior equipment sold to day spas, although some doctors are guilty of buying cheap equipment that doesn't work well. The facial equipment for dark spots, pink-redness in skin is pricey but gets rid of the problem. Skin Care Institute nurses do thousands of botox shots and lip fillers like restylane. No one uses collagen since restylane came on the market. It is better and lasts a tad longer. They offer massage also. Paul is in hot demand and hard to get an appt with. All the doctors go to him for massage.

My top eyeliner is black-brown on the outside corners tapering in to dark brown on the inside corners. My bottom eyeliner is dark brown on the outside corners tapering in to light brown on the inside corners. She matched a lipstick color I took in to her. She has been doing permanent makeup longer than anyone else in Tulsa, and does more of it than anyone else.

My friends go to her for prenatal care. She is the one I will pick if and when I need a pregnancy doctor for labor and delivery. She is smart and is a skilled surgeon.

Dr Perry Inhofe is a hand specialist. He fixed my carpal tunnel syndrome. I went to outpatient surgery and was awake during the whole thing. They just numbed my arm and gave a little sedation in the IV. I didn't feel anything. I talked to them a little while they worked. The nurses were nice also. Dr Inhofe did a great job. I haven't had any more problems with it.

Dr Paul Welch at Forest Trails Animal Hospital is the best veterinarian for birds. Tulsa has a lot of good pet vets, but Dr Welch has a special interest in avian veterinary medicine. It is typical that most animal doctors see more cats and dogs than birds, so if you need a special bird vet go see Dr Welch. He is nice to me, nice to my birds, and an excellent bird doctor.
