Photos To Go is a little on the expensive side. They do have a nice shop and can do a lot of different things ranging from film development to photo restoration. You can also purchase a nice frame for your enlarged photo if you would like. It's in a convenient location in the Benson Fred Meyer complex so you can drop off your film for an hour and go shopping if you need to.
