I went to this salon based on the previous review. I must say that the salon is very pretty and looks expensive. The rates are reasonable. However, there is a lot of conflict between the employees/owner. Particularly, Carl, who I also went to because of the review. Not only did he argue with his boss and other employees in my presence, but he also yelled at a client over the phone for trying to book an appointment. I had brought a hairstying magazine with me from home with a picture of the style I wanted. When I went to leave, it was no longer in his station. His first response to me when I asked for it was to shrug me off. As I insisted that I wanted it returned he made feeble attempts to look for it, all the while mumbling that one of his co-workers probably picked it up. It took him 7 minutes before he even asked any of his co-workers. Needless to say the cut was also awful. I cannot recommend this salon or the hairdresser.
