I took my son here for his first vision exam not too long ago, which was free through a program called InfantSEE. We saw Dr. Kyla Cologgi, who was excellent with him. They do special tests for kids this young (he was under a year old), but I felt comfortable that they would be able to identify any current eye problems. Before I left the office, they also gave me a packet of information on kids and their eye development, which was really helpful.
