Millie's offers big portions and good omelettes. If you are in the mood for a breakfast, this isn't a bad choice. However, it is in a very bad location and the waiting times can be extremely long. Another bad thing about the place is that they have no problems seating different parties at the same table. If you have a party of 2 and are sitting at a 4 person table, they will not hesitate to put another party of 2 at your table. While some people enjoy meeting strangers at any time, I prefer not to do it when I am eating breakfast in my home town.

I was very excited to try this newer restaurant in Lafayette. The atmosphere is very nice - the lighting is dim and there is a buzz in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great. The portions were tiny - I could see other patrons also expressing their surprise as to how small the pizzas were. Maybe I'm just a big eater, but in order to get full, we had to order another large pizza. The pizza itself was okay - but not something that would compel me to go back. of what you are paying for here is the atmosphere - not the food.

This is a good place to go on a Saturday or Sunday morning for a true breakfast. The standard omelettes, corn beef hash, and other breakfast entrées can be found here. The portions are decently sized and the food is fresh. With a cup of coffee and a newspaper, Squirrels will always be a solid choice. The wait was minimal when I was there.

The burritos here are very good. They don't skimp on the portions - you will be full after leaving. They have the basic beef, chicken, and carnitas offerings. They also use generous amounts of sour cream and guacamole (if requested). The food is fresh and very tasty. A great choice for an authentic burrito.

I have only been there once, but the food that I had (beef fajitas) was not very good. They atmosphere is fun - very loud and festive. However, my meal was not very good. The beef in my fajitas tasted like it was boiled, not grilled. Boiled beef doesn't exactly have the best flavor. I don't plan on going back there again anytime soon. Though if you do have a big party and want margaritas and beer, it probably wouldn't be a bad choice.

Casa Gourmet Burritos has some great, unique burritos. From the steak-lime to thai-chicken, their burritos are very unique. You can get regular burritos as well, but I would recommend trying the 'specialty' ones - you won't be. My only complaint about them is that I wish they had a better salsa selection. The chips they give are also prepackaged - not as fresh as they could be. For a good burrito, you can't go wrong here.

ZipRealty offers great, personalized real estate service while providing a cash rebate. This cash rebate is equal to 20% of ZipRealty's buyer's agent commission. For a $500K house, this is around $3K. In a typical real estate transaction, the seller of the home usually pays all of the commission to sell their home. Half of that commission goes to the seller's agent and half of it goes to the buyer's agent. It is this half of the buyer's agent commission which ZipRealty will give its buyer clients. Since all homes are listed on the MLS, you can't go wrong with ZipRealty - you get the same house with some cash back.
