Trade Value was 5K off from the online appraisal which we did in the sales dept. No explanation given, spent two hours in store and had a new salewsperson who had less than 3 weeks there. We asked for a mgr, and since we where looking at a commuter our 4th we own low dollar car this one would of been we where told no money in deal not interested in talking.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS HERE
