“Can't trust their work”

This review is for: Firestone Tire & Service Centers

Don't go here with any kind of serious repair. I needed new rack & pinions and a pump for my power steering, and it's taken four visits to get the repair done right. In fact, after the third try, I barely drove out of the shop before smelling smoke, and finding a leaky hose squirting steering fluid all over the engine. When I complained in the last vist, all I got was a rude and defensive reception from the desk person....who wouldn't answer my questions about the repair. I will never come back here for service.
