NCSECU is a credit union for North Carolina state employees and their families. Their interest rates on loans and savings accounts are some of the best ones I have seen and the ATMs (named Cashpoint) are fee free for anyone who uses them. Plenty of Cashpoints can be found throughout the city as well as throughout the state. If you can qualify for an account with NCSECU, I would highly recommend them. The locations are fairly convenient and there are enough tellers at each to move any lines along quickly. Even for those who do not qualify for an account, their website is worth checking out for information about our state.
