This program is good for my 4 year old daughter. She's very, very shy & I wanted to get her into an activity that would allow her to come out of her shell a little & make friends...plus have fun.
Girls cannot make the squad until age 6. Since she is only 4...she is still a 'pom pom' girl. She watches, learns the cheers & doesn't have to participate if she doesn't want to. It's perfect. She can make a lot of friends & participate when she's ready.
