Not only are they friendly, they are also fast, so even when they're super-busy (which they generally are) you are guarnateed to be in and out quickly. In addition to all of their wonderful hot drinks they also offer wonderful baked goods (scones, muffins, cinnamon rolls and more). It's a definite must try while in downtown Traverse City!
