I go to Heat because Missy works there! Missy is a fantastic hair stylist. I've never been disappointed with anything she's done. She even gave me great bangs! And she's fun to work with. The rest of the staff seems to be nice. They don't have the most "HI HOW ARE YOU? CAN I HELP YOU?" vibe. I'm used to upscale salons though and the slightly snobby attitude they come with. I highly recommend Missy. Shes taken me from a red head to a blond and back. The rest of the staff always seems to be helpful when people walk in asking for help in selecting products. Its best to make an appointment. Walk ins seem like they have to wait at certain times. Go to heat! Its not cheap, but it's worth it!
