In any relationship, the key element is communication and trust, and John embodies both of these in his business transactions. From the sale of our first home in Ballard, to the purchase of our new home in Green Lake, we felt that John was working in our best interest as buyer and seller. He also was extremely prompt with communication, including driving miles to find cell phone reception in the woods of Michigan to check in. His data and analysis was balanced with common sense and the willingness to explain anything - we felt that he was realistic with the market conditions.
