Heartland is the absolute worst place you could ever buy or think of buying a dog. They get their dogs from puppymills which are cruel breeding places for dogs just to make money. NO responsible breeder would ever sell their do there. If you bought that dog you could pass deadly diseases to your pets or neighborhood pets. They also have a good chance of dying at a young age. They almost always have expensive vet bill or bad behavior. Don't ever buy from pet store. I am from erie and will never buy anything from there not even a dog toy.
