I have brought a few watches to them for cleaning, new batteries, and new bands over the past few years, and they usually replace the battery for free when I buy one. I would normally do that myself, since I'm both a cheapskate and a tinkerer, but the owner usually insists on providing outstanding service. They also sell watches.
