Through the website I was able to see all the info I need to make a decision: hourly wage, reviews, language ability, availability, picture and where they are located. You can even contact them directly to their phone just by clicking a button. It was a snap!
I am also a strong believer in paying fair wages. With this service, as different from an agency, you pay the fee directly to the worker and they keep 100% of the money.
